Digital Retailer of the Year
Presented by Digital Retailing Expo to SMART and Carnival Cruise Lines for an Actalyst interactive digital signage installation on Carnival Cruise ships
The awards were adjudicated by a team of editors from VM+SD (Visual Merchandising and Store Design) magazine. Acting as a virtual concierge, interactive bulletin board and wayfinder, the touch-enabled digital signage screen is used by Carnival guests to access information about deck plans, onboard events, meal times, shipboard staff, shore tours and port-of-call information.
