The UF55 projector retrofit kit offers a convenient and economical way to transform your SMART Board interactive whiteboard into an integrated system that combines an award-winning SMART Board interactive whiteboard, a UF55 projector and an extended control panel. Reduce shadows and distractions with the UF55 projector. This boom-mounted, short-throw projector is located directly above the SMART Board, which creates fewer shadows behind the user, improving the visibility of images, videos and notes. The 600i boom is adjustable which allows you to accommodate multiple room sizes and SMART Boards, including a widescreen option. At installation and setup, the boom can be configured to fit the following SMART Board models: 560, 580, 660, 680 and 685.
From the extended control panel, you can start the projector and interactive whiteboard with a single button and power up the entire system in 10 seconds. This feature also lets you switch between other connected devices, such as laptops, DVD players and document cameras with the single push of a button. The UF55 projector features a filter-free design, enabled by the use of DLP Technology. This technology ensures that there are no filters to clean, maintain and replace, reducing your total cost of ownership.
