“Since 2001, Harrisburg Area Community College has purchased 152 Sympodium interactive pen displays and SMART Board interactive whiteboards. The usage has been consistently very high over the years. According to our annual surveys, 97-98% of faculty who have access to SMART classrooms use the equipment on a regular basis. When the college's Instructional Technology Center revises our 3-Year Educational Technology Plan, selecting which rooms to equip with SMART products is a difficult task.
