Notebook software’s new installation tool means that you can quickly set it up on an entire network. The Install Manager also lets you customize launch options for SMART Tools, service and tablet PC support.
Now Notebook software can adapt to your classroom needs with flexible settings that can be automatically deployed to all your network computers. You can even customize the location of Notebook software’s Gallery and My Content folder on individual computers or a school network so teachers can access these features from any computer hooked up to that network.
Asset assistance
How much are your SMART products being used in the classroom? With the Asset Manager, you can quickly check the number of hours they are in use. You can also check the number of lamp hours remaining on your projector, so you’re one step ahead when it comes to maintenance and performance (feature is available summer 2008).
Everyday manageability
Set the software to save work automatically. Choose the tools you use most, and put them on the Customize Toolbar as a handy shortcut. Switch between the Gallery, Page Sorter, Attachment and Properties tabs within one click.
