IMPORTANT: If you have Senteo (now SMART Response) software, follow the download instructions on the SMART Response page to update SMART Notebook software and SMART Response software.

New customers

Follow the steps below to download and activate SMART Notebook 10

1. Obtain a product key to activate SMART Notebook 10. 
2. Download SMART Notebook software, either by clicking the Download button below or the link in the e-mail you received from SMART when you registered for a product key.
3. During the installation process, enter the product key you received from SMART.
NOTE: If you don't obtain a product key, you can use SMART Notebook 10 for 30 days.

Current customers

Click the Download button below to upgrade to the latest version. 

Installation Notes 

  • • Don't uninstall the Gallery if you want to keep your previous Gallery content.
  • • Uninstall Notebook software and software drivers for version 9.7 or earlier before you install version 10.
  • • If you want to install an older version of Senteo software (service pack 3 or earlier) on the same computer, install it before you install Notebook software 10. You can install Senteo software SP4 at any time.
  • • See the SMART Notebook Release Notes for more information about this software release. 

IMPORTANT: If you are running the Mac OS X 10.3.9 operating system, download version 9.5, service pack 3 instead.
