IMPORTANT: If you have SMART Response (formerly Senteo) software, follow the download instructions on the SMART Response page to download SMART Notebook software and SMART Response software.
Current customers
If you already have SMART Notebook on your computer and you want to upgrade, update SMART Product Update (SPU) first.
To update SPU
1. Open any SMART software program.
2. Click Help > Check for Updates.
3. Click the Update button beside SMART Product Update.
SPU updates automatically.
To upgrade SMART Notebook
1. Repeat steps 1 to 2 above.
2. Click the Update button beside SMART Notebook.
SMART Notebook updates automatically.
New customers
Follow the steps below to download and activate SMART Notebook 10
1. Obtain a product key to activate SMART Notebook 10.
2. Download SMART Notebook software, either by clicking the Download button below or the link in the e-mail you received from SMART when you registered for a product key.
3. During the installation process, enter the product key you received from SMART.
NOTE: If you don't obtain a product key, you can use SMART Notebook 10 for 30 days.
Installation Notes
- • Don't uninstall the Gallery if you want to keep your previous Gallery content.
- • Uninstall any Notebook software and software drivers earlier than version 9.x before you install version 10.
- • If you want to install an older version of SMART Response (formerly Senteo) software (service pack 3 or earlier) on the same computer, install it before you install Notebook software 10. You can install Senteo software SP4 at any time.
