Current customers

Use your SMART Product Update (SPU) to automatically upgrade to the latest version.

To upgrade SMART Notebook
1. Open any SMART software program.
2. Click Help > Check for Updates.
3. Click the Update button beside SMART Notebook. 
    SMART Notebook updates automatically.
Note: If you don't see the Check for Updates option, contact your network administrator.

New customers

Follow the steps below to download and activate SMART Notebook 10.6.

1. Obtain a product key to activate SMART Notebook 10.6. 
2. Download SMART Notebook software, either by clicking the Download button below or the link in the e-mail you received from SMART when you registered for a product key.
3. During the installation process, enter the product key you received from SMART.
NOTE: If you don't obtain a product key, you can use SMART Notebook 10.6 for 30 days.

Installation Notes 

• • Don't uninstall the Gallery if you want to keep your previous Gallery content.
• • Uninstall any Notebook software and software drivers earlier than version 9.x before you install version 10.6.
• • If you want to select a language other than English for handwriting recognition, your computer must be connected to the Internet during installation.
