SMART Meeting Pro 1.1 SP3 (Windows)
Before you download and install Meeting Pro software, ensure that you have the following information available:
Your software product key.
When you order a Meeting Pro Software license, SMART supplies you with a product key to activate the software, allowing you to use the software with 1, 2, 4 or 16 displays. You can also obtain a key from your sales representative or the SMART Website. If you don't have a product Key, you can use the software for a 30 day trial period.
Your Bridgit conference server address and password.
To use the Collaboration features of Meeting Pro, you must have an available Bridgit server on your network. Contact your system administrator or SMART Technologies for information.
Your e-mail server SMTP location (UNC, DNS or IP address) (optional).
Omitting this option disables Whiteboard's File > Send to > Mail Recipients feature.
To successfully install SMART Meeting Pro software, you must complete the following steps:
1. Obtain a product key.
2. Install the Bridgit server (if Collaboration is required).
3. Install SMART Meeting Pro.
4. Activate SMART Meeting Pro.

Please note that Meeting Pro 1.1 Service Pack 3 requires SMART Board Drivers Service Pack 6. No earlier releases of SMART Board Drivers are supported. To simplify this, SMART Board Drivers Service Pack 6 is included in the download.

Bridgit 3.4 SP2 Upgrade
In order to take advantage of the integrated collaboration capabilities of SMART Meeting Pro software 1.1 with service pack 3, you must download Bridgit Server software 3.4 with service pack 2.
