Current customers
with SMART Response (Senteo) 1.0 SP4 or later

If you already have SMART Response software on your computer and you want to upgrade SMART Response (formerly Senteo), update SMART Product Update (SPU) first.

To update SPU
1. Open any SMART software program.
2. Click Help > Check for Updates.
3. Click the Update button beside SMART Product Update.
    SPU updates automatically.

To upgrade SMART Response
1. Repeat steps 1 to 2 above.
2. Click the Update button beside SMART Response. 
    SMART Response updates automatically.

New customers
or customers with SMART Response (Senteo) 1.0 SP3 or earlier

Click the Download link below and follow the on-screen instructions.

Installation Notes 

• When you install SMART Response 2009, SMART Notebook 10 and SMART product drivers also install.

• If you installed the software from an installation disk and want to connect your system to a SMART interactive product, download the SMART product drivers. 
 
• Before you download, see the new SMART Response software interface.
