	Responses from Senteo Interactive Response System Remotes Don’t Appear in Notebook Software Reports (101602) Responses submitted from hand held remotes (clickers) are missing from your Notebook™ software Results report. Responses from remote simulators appear in the reports correctly.
	The Grades on the Senteo Clickers Are Different than the Grades in Senteo Teacher (131011) Senteo firmware doesn’t support partial marks. The clickers treat all questions as being worth one point, whereas SMART Notebook and Senteo Teacher software allow you to award partial marks.
	The SMART Response System Receiver Doesn't Work (115401) Your computer doesn’t recognize the SMART Response interactive response system, and the status light remains solid red on the receiver.
